Mixes takes the idea of fading tracks to make them sound like one long song one step further by actually being one 25-minute-long song divided into eight segments. Mixes was originally released as one track as BAM #42 - The C418 before later being released on Bandcamp as an album. The album features several remixes of tracks from BAM, 2, and the whatever directors cut.

Tracks

20 kids

Connections

  • A remix of the original version of BAM #20, hence the title of the track (as it is a child of #20).
  • Along with Confusion and Incredibly detailed acid trip, this track first appeared in BAM #41 - The Preview before being released in BAM #42.
  • As with all the tracks in this album, it fades into the next.

Trivia

  • The BAM #20 theme is one of the most remixed and referenced by C418, second only to Minecraft.
  • 20 kids was featured by /u/exoplanetaryscience as /r/C418's 23rd Song of the Week.

Confusion

Connections

Trivia

  • Out of all the BAMs remixed in this album, this track remixes the oldest.

Incredibly detailed acid trip

Connections

  • A remix of BAM #14.
  • The version of this track in BAM #41 - The Preview differs in that it abruptly ends instead of fading into 20 kards.

20 kards

Connections

  • A remix of BAM #20 - combat418 Mix, itself a remix of BAM #20 (although it is impossible to tell that 20 kards and 20 kids were once the same song).
  • Part of this song also resembles the end of eren.

Kitten

Notes

While only released as one track, Kitten becomes a different song at a certain point.

Connections

Trivia

  • This is the only track which remixes a song that never appeared on BAM (since the whatever directors cut is considered BAM #30).
  • While most of the album is upbeat and dance-like, the first part of this track is slower. Oddly, the original pluginwert was in a more similar style to the rest of the album.

Pink

Lyrics

Note that these lyrics were transcribed by a fan and may not be accurate.

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Don’t break me
Don’t say that

Too much you might think
They cover this wheel with pink
Just mean

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Too much you might think
They cover this wheel with pink

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Too much you might think
Cover this wheel with pink

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Too much you might think
Cover this wheel with pink

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Too much you might think
Cover this wheel with pink
Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my
Too much you might think
Cover this wheel with pink

Don’t you even dare
Oh my, oh my

Connections

  • This is a remix of will.

Trivia

  • This is the only track with full lyrics, although the lyrics are shorter than the original will.
  • will was also released on thesixtyone using the same title as this remix, Pink.
  • No other track from the whatever directors cut has ever been officially remixed, and Pink is thus the only connection to the whatever that is still available on Bandcamp.

Too much you might think
They cover this wheel with pink

I’m down
Human error
I’m down
Human

I’m

Trivia

  • Very little is known about this track and it is unknown if it is a remix of anything.
  • It seems to have been at least inspired by BAM #30.
  • Along with BAM #42, this is the only track to ever use "C418" in its title.
